Terms & Conditions:
All cancellations must occur 24 hours before the appointment itself.
- If the canceled appointment happens after the 24 hour mark, the credit card will be charged the full amount of the services requested.
- All reservations require a credit card number.
- All cancellations or no shows that reserved appointments with a gift card will lose the full amount on the gift card.
- All gratuities are only accepted in the form of cash.
- Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After one year from the date of purchase, our gift cards will decrease in value of 20%.
- Gift Cards are valid for services only.
- Gift Cards are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or gratuity.
- When an appointment is being made, the gift card number and the date of purchase must be provided. Any other gift card/certificate purchased online (Spa Finder, Spa Wish, Way Spa, etc.) must be provided with its value. Rejuvalux Body Klinic accepts the value of $50 per visit from these online gift cards/certificates. Rejuvalux Body Klinic gift card will be given to the client with the remaining balance for future service.
-All gift cards, Spa Finder, Spa Wish, etc. cannot be combined with any other promotion.

Appointment Scheduling:
To assure our clients get the attention they need, services are by appointment only. Please book in advance and give a 24 hour cancellation notice. A 100% deposit is required on all day and special packages and is non-refundable if cancellation is given less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
